Hi
Is there a user exit that can do 'deletion flag' on production orders after the Order is 'TECOed'
Scenario - ATO Sales order line rejection can not be done if the production order is already in process (partial confirmations done).
The sales people can not reject the line due to status on the assembly order. They are asking to put the production order in a status where they can reject a line.
Manufacturing people are unable to delete the production order that is already in process. Even if I TECO the prod order Sales line can not be rejected. I have to put the production order in 'delete' status for succesfull rejection. And I'm unable to set deletion flag on the 'TECOed' orders.
Is there any settings in BS22 that'll allow deletion after TECO or any user exit? Please help me
You can delete the production order as long as the balance is not zero.
To make it zero, the setlement needs to be done.
Can you please explain why deletion is required.

There is no 'one easy solution' to my question. After long hard struggle, and with your guidance I wrote a business process flow on how to successfully CLOSE a partially completed production order.
I had to address all the different scenarios (with WM stock, QM inspections, scrap it or put it to shelf, TR/TOs already printed, COGI errors, WIP, Costing balances) and what business has to do (if the shop paper is already printed, go fetch it on the shop floor and trash it) .
This is a long hard procedure for the business to follow. Just to 'reject one sales line' the business has to go through 5 different departments which is 'Very tedious'. But there is no other way around in SAP.
Thanks a lot for all your help.

Hi,
Check the residence period for that order type.
Make order balance zero.
Check stock inconsistencies if any(related to order)

Hi
Try to identify what error is not allowing you to set deletion flag for production order?
possible causes, if production order balance is not zero, or order has errors in COGI etc.
Go to change production order transaction and try to set deletion flag, system throws you log, check in the log and post it in the forum , then you get suitable answer.
Try with status profile to achieve your requirement.
