Hi,
Our licence for SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI is through an OEM, therefore we don't have a SAP customer ID and consequently cannot access the http://service.sap.com website. We've been trying to pry support dates for the SAP products they distribute but our OEM is staying awfully silent about it.
Could anyone extract the info below from the services site please?

EOL for 3.1: December 31, 2015 This is the date that patch support will end. It is scheduled to reach End of Priority-One Support on December 31, 2017. This is the date that interactive technical support will end.
As for the maintenance schedule of XI 4.X, the mainstream maintenance is till the end of H1, 2018 and the Priority One Support will be ended on the H1 of 2020.
