Yes, it is possible through Function module HUMO_HU_MONITOR_SHOW. You have to set parameter 'LIST MODUS'

LIST_MODUS-MOD_SELECT= ''. "Possible to copy selected HUs

LIST_MODUS-MOD_DELETE= ''. "Delete HUs from the HU list

LIST_MODUS-MOD_CHANGE= ''. "Change HUs from the HU list

LIST_MODUS-MOD_HISTRY= ''. "HU history from the HU list

LIST_MODUS-MOD_TRPOST= ''. "Post transfer of HU from the HU list

LIST_MODUS-MOD_CHGREF= ''. "Change Reference for HU when Displaying HU List

Then you have exactly same out like HUMO, but in display mode

Unfortunately you cannot, the only authorization object needed for that transaction is S_TCODE.  So you will not be able to restrict it to display only.
