IBAN is not replicated - Check and Confirmation is required

Dear Expert,

I need your help the following behaviour:

When we add, from CRM, a new IBAN into a BP account: the bank data are corretly defined in CRM but after replication into ECC (XD03):

The IBAN is not stored: the message BF00 026 appears in order to Check and Confirm the IBAN.

It means that when iban is created for a customer in CRM, the USer has to connect himself into ECC and Validate the IBAN.

Do you know a way (customizing or Note) in order to bypass the validation.

We want that in replication the IBAN is automatically confirmed.

Thanks in advance for your help

Hi,

Did you implement the following OSS note already on ECC?

Note 1767899 - new IBAN from BP is not stored in customer/vendor data

Regards,

Nicolas.

Hello Nicolas

Thanks you very much for your answer but unfortunately it does not fix my issue.

In order to be clear enough:

1- CRM - we have first create new IBAN for an existing BP and save.

2- CRM - the bank datas related to this IBAN have been automatically defined and saved

After réplication, in XD03 we have noticed all the bank datas have been replicated at the exception of the IBAN.

In order to have the IBAN, we have to generate it..........

Our goal is the IBAN has to be automatically confirmed after replication.

Thanks again for your help nicolas

Hi Mohamed,

I got your point. I thought this note could help because in CRM we use BP transaction (which is the same as the one mentioned in the note, except it is not in ECC in your case), and the symptoms quite fit...

But I see there are lots of OSS notes about IBAN, so you might want to test another one.

Cheers,

Nicolas.

Hello Mohamed,

have you solved your issue? We have the same problem but the other way round. We are adding the bank data in ECC and verify the IBAN there. The replication to CRM only gives us the bank data but not the IBAN, we have to verify it again in CRM which is not acceptable.

Cheers,

Wladimir
