signature option in crystal layout

Hi,

  I want to create a signature in crystal report layout

For example:

           i create a AR invoice . after that i select crystal layout design . i take the four copy like original, duplicate ,  triplicate, extra copy

expect the original i want to put a signature image or digital signature default in crystal layout how do i do that ?? kindly see my screen shot

Hi Ramesh Kannan....

1. First, you need to have a default picture. I normally have an empty .jpg , let's call it Empty.jpg

2. Assuming you insert different signature  .bmp based on in VendorCountry

3. Following this steps:

- Insert Empty.jpg into the PO fom

- right click on the picture in crystal report, and click Format grapic

-  In the picture tab, you can find the field Graphic Location

click on the blue pen on the right, then put in the condition as you want.

If VendorCounty = 'US' then

C:\abc.jpg

else if VendorCounty = 'AU' then

C:\zzz.jpg

else

c:\empty.jpg

Hi Ramesh Kannan

Its As Simple as that Take a signature on a piece of paper and Scan or take a picture of Signature it should in .jpeg format  and you can directly Cut and paste in crystal report .Then for Every Invoice you can see the Signature and make a copy of this crystal report and remove signature.So Now you will have two crystal reports one with signature and one without signature.

Hi Ramesh

You can insert an image object and link the signature image to that crystal report.
