how would i check and upgrade my live office connection.
i have a dashboard design tool, and live office 4.0
each time i try to import a two colum 24 rows based crystal reports. it freezes on me forever.

In add and remove on my system, i can see two live office.
SAP BusinessObjects Live Office 4.0
and
SAP BusinessObjects Live Office XI 3.1 SP3 Update.
which one should i keep.
