Unable to Submit Access Request form - “An error occured during processing error”

Hello All,

I’m getting the error when submitting the Access request in GRC. It says “An error occured during processing error”. Basically, Access request is not being created in GRC. Can you guys help on this?

Seems pre requsite is not performed properly.

please check these

default configuration parameters

Adding connector to PROV scenario

Creating users and assigning roles

Configuring number ranges

Maintain provisioning settings

And in MSMP

Process Global Settings: Select Appropriate process ID
Maintain Rules:Check Initiator
Maintain Agents:Check Agent
Variables and Templates:
Maintain Paths:Maintain your path and stages
Maintain Route Mapping:check route mapping is proper
Generate Versions:Activate ensure no error.

We are currently on Support Pack 10. I have also checked SLG1 and it is not showing any error.

What configuration do you have for the MSMP? When you say "Role Owner Approval", do you mean you used the Default Initiator Rule and only have a single Stage for Role Owner Approval for that phase? On the User Request, did you have system/role assigned?

When you activated the MSMP did you simulate for any warnings?

What sort of configuration settings did you do for mandatory fields in the EUP and Request Type -> Actions?

Thanks for the reply Fernando. I have already checked sap note 1620332 and configured number ranges. Also, I have activated MSMP workflow with Role Owner Approval stage but still getting the same error.
