PO delivery date

Problem: User created PO:  PO creation date: 22.05.2013 Delivery date: 22.04.2013  Which is wrong. Any check in the system to stop this.  PO delivery date should not be small than PO creation date.  Thanks & regards Varun

Hi Varun,

You can configure your requirment in below path which will give the error,

Delivery date is in the past  Message no. ME039.

SPRO-MM--Purchasing-- Define attributes of system messages.

Marked the message as E,  which will give the error if delivery date in past.

Generally system will take current date as delivery date.Did you check your Material master MRP 2view with field Planned Deliv. Time.Fo example if I give Planned Deliv. Time as 5 days,then if you create PO,then your delivery date will be 27.06.2013.
