Automatic Outbound Delivery Creation

My Client requirement in SAP IS Retail is as follows

A STO is created by a Store.

We want to have an automatic Outbound Delivery Creation and TO creation in the background. But the problem with Automatic Outbound Delivery creation is that there is no Stock check .i.e the system does not check for stock before allocating it.

I want to activate Automatic Outbound Delivery Creation and the system to check for available stock before creating the OBD.

Is there any way to achieve this?

Hi,

You can try create new copy routine for outbound Delivery in setting Logistics Execution->Shipping->Copying Control and attached to the Outbound delivery and STO type combination. In this routine you can check for stock availability by using FM BAPI_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY and then give error if stock is not avilable which will stop creation of delivery.
