Comparing Infotypes Dates

Dear Gurus;

I need to compare the start date of a leave type in IT2001 by the Hiring date of the employee.

Actually there is a specific Leave type if it has been taken with the first 5 years of the employee's service period it will be calculated in a way and if it has been taken after the 5 years of service period it will be calculated in a different way.

So does any one know how can I select the Leave Type in the PCR and compare its start date by the Hiring date of the employee?

Hi Lobna,

You can use operation OUTTPABTYP to query on leave type in your PCR. to compare the hiring date you have to maintain the hiring date in IT0041. so from there you can read the Hiring date and compare with the current date.

to read IT041, you can use HRS=YSAD01

EX. here last 01 is your hiring date .

To more clearification. you can use PE04 and read the documentaion on HRS.
