Hi,
What is the main difference between LS_UN_Sub and DG_CL_Sub?
In the DG data structure, is it mandatory to maintain LS_UN_Sub?
Thank you,
Sruthi
Dear Sruthi
please check online help of SAP. If you would like to use EHS-DGP without DG filling you need not to maintain DG_CL_SUB nor LS_UN_SUB.
Topic is explained:
Chapter:
Dangerous Goods Basic Data (EHS-DGP-BD)
Mainly: on LS_UN_SUB the DG data is maintained and DG_CL_SUB specifcaiotns are used to combine data maintained on LS_UN_SU level.
Check may be: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-41109
you will find more links related to that.

thank you Christoph, Could you please also throw some light on the other question I had during the day on Product Stewardship and MSDS? Please find below the question.
Hi,
1. What exactly is product stewardship? What does it comprise? What is the business significance?
What does the functionality in sap do? what are the system requirements, config etc?
2. If we want to implement product stewardship, what requirements should we gather?
3. Client already has an msds authoring system. If that has to be interfaced into sap and report shipped
Out of sap, what are the ways of doing it? The idea is to use sap only for report shipping the msds. It will be generated in legacy.
Client is interested to know interfacing feasibility.
Thank you for your time! Much appreciate your inputs.
Sruthi
