Hi guys,
We have a customer who has recently upgraded to SAP 9.0. They have many databases and would like to copy authorizations from one database to another. I tried using Quick Copy, but it does not do anything. I copy the authorizations to a source file.I then tried to import the source file to a target company, but nothing is imported.
I tried to copy all the Administration module and it tells me that Event Sender and Integration platform need to be disconnected. I stop both services but it still says Integration platform is connected. Can anyone help?
thanks,
Costas
Hello,
for that time you can stop the integration service. From the windows services.
Restart the client and then try to use Quick Copy.
Hope it helps you.
Kind regards,
Ottó

Hello,
in the previous version I also faced problems with the authorizations, and document numbering.
I am not 100% if it works in 9.0, all you can do is to test it and try various scenarios.
I say it should work, because there is the option for the Users copy, to copy authorization as well.
If there are no error messages during the import there can be a bug.
Hi Costas,
Try this : Go to the Integration Platform/Event Sender and Untick the databases from which you were transferring & Importing Data.
