Hello,
we are working on a custom Contact Center which interfaces with SAP CRM Version 7 with Enhancement Package over ICI.
The basic call functions like accepting, disconnecting, holding and resuming are fully implemented and are working already.
At the moment we stuck at an issue during the implementation of the Warm Transfer / Consult feature.
We already get the XML Data over the "SetAttachedData" method but there is no information about the number dialed (for example, please see the Text File attached).
How do we get the dialed number which was typed into the DialPad that appears after click on "Transfer" or "Consult" button?
