Generating mulltiple PDF from single spool

I want to generate separate PDF files from the spool which has been created for multiple Employees based on PERNR. I am generating FORM P11D for Great Britain.

Hi Ratish,

You can't create multiple PDF files in the same spool. The reason is a PDF file consists of Header containing Options, which are linked to the Spool.

eg. If you try to print the spool content, it will act on the print option of the PDF file. So it will go the last PDF file only.

Actually, Spool acts as a container for the files to be printed. So you can't keep more than one file with properties associated with Spool.

Hi Ratish,

Please clear whether you have problem in printing multipal form in one spool or Converting the spool to PDF???

For second one you may try this.....

Check for the spool request number in transaction <b>SP01</b> and you may use the report "<b>RSTXPDFT4</b>" submit the spool id and this report will convert the Spool into PDF format.

Thanks Bhawani.

This much I was knowing but my problem is to generate separate PDF files for EE's. right now it is creating single PDF from the spool which is having multiple forms. So if you can help me out for this.
