Reg:Error during service entry sheet

Hi All,

I have created one Purchase order having service line item

1)foundation- quantity= 250 which comes from -------> formula for "quantity of Line item" i.e LENGTH(5)*BREDTH(10)*HEIGHT(5)=VOLUME.(250)

But when i am trying to make service entry sheet, system is not accepting service entry and giving error .

Please enter a value for variable(s) LENGTH (Form.Val.1)

Message no. SE252

But when i am taking "adopt full quantity" system is accepting it.

How i can resolve this issue..

Hi vikrant,

Thanks for Input ,But already i am in latest version sap_appl 605  and this note related to 40a.

I tried to check this note in snote but system is telling cannt implemented.

Let see input of other person.

Hi Bhaskar,

Fisrt, Please kindly check the customizing, could be that in transaction ML90 you have for the field selection: 5 -  Entry atAditional Data  : the field Formula number set to Hidden.
The service master used in the service entry sheet have a formula for quantity determination and this meens that the formula number field must to be ready to input, so :

Transaction code ML90.
>Field selection key 5
>Addition data.
If Formula no. field was hidden, -> set this as optional.

and retest 😉
