Please tell how i can populate EDSDC table (Assignment of EDI Partner by Sales Org., Distrib.Ch.,Div.)...

This is required when we create SO from PO through IDOCS...

There is a maintenance view V_EDSDC for the EDI partner determination table. You can maintain it via SM31. Just put V_EDSDC in SM31 and press maintain button.

I also know the SPRO path, but I don't recollect it now, let me see. But you can anyway maintain EDSDC through the above method.
