Hi ,

If outbound deliveries are not used and you want IBD to create on PO Save.

Please try this.

Go to SM30 > Table V_T163L > Click Maintain > click on the check box "Create Inbound delivery" against the conformation control key used in PO. i.e 0004

Maintain conformation control key in "Conformation" TAB of PO

You can set up so that inbound deliveries are only created automatically for Order Type/plant/storage location combinations.

SPRO > Logistics Execution > Shipping >Deliveries > Define Order Confirmations for Inbound Deliveries

maintain the entries.

Hi Krishna,

Have you looked at using VL34 for your requirement. Based on the plant and storage location, you might be able schedule it as a batch job. So when the PO gets created, batch job is executed and inbound delivery is created automatically.

Dear Krishna,

Have executed same type of requirement, but in foreground on daily basis, PO Line item should have a confirmation control key 0003 or equivalent who can have the Inbound delivery as the option.

Batch Data Conversion(BDC),  we used to create inbound, update the required field values from another table.

I'm not aware of any standard functionality which would create the inbound delivery immediately when the PO is created (there's such setting for outbound delivery in stock transport process).

You can use e.g. transaction VL34 to create inbound delivery in mass. You can also set a job to run  this transaction (report).

Else I think you need a development (e.g. using an output to trigger a development to create inbound delivery - e.g. via fm BBP_INB_DELIVERY_CREATE).
