Problem Printing from SAP to printer ZEBRA S4m

Hi Everyone,

I would like to help me with a problem I'm posing with Zebra printer prints S4m,

We create label formats from Crystal Reports and then exported to SAP, when trying to print the label from SAP does not print anything.

Tests performed:

Creating Crystal Reports label with just an information field and then step SAP printing success

Print Test Page Zebra printer successfully print

Crystal clear text format printing, printing unsuccessfully

Printing plain text format SAP printing success

Printing of labels created in Nice Label, printing successfully.

I can recommend because driver problem apparently is not as nice label and printed from the test page.

What other tests I can do or that I can verify the format?

Hi,

The above  printer is not supported by SAP B1.

Please refer SAP notes:

1043235 - Label/Thermal Printers are not supported by
Business One

Symptom

SAP Business One cannot work with label or thermal printers, such as Zebra,
Seiko, etc.

Solution

Label and thermal printers have not been tested with SAP Business One
application. Therefore they are not supported in SAP Business one until further
notice.
