I've tried installing CrystalReport 2011 a while ago. Afterwards, I thought the installation was successful because I was able to end it without doing anything. Also, I've seen in the dialog that it was successfully installed. Now I think there's some incompatibility issues with my laptop and the "installed" software. I cannot uninstall the software because it has been giving me this error..
"Fatal Error: At least one port in the range of 4520 - 4539 must be open for the installation to proceed. Please ensure that no application or firewall is blocking this range"
Please help me. I cannot use my laptop anymore because it freezes after some mouse inputs in my laptop. I can still use it in SafeMode though.

Can you remember how you resolved this issue?
I have the same issue at the moment with BODS 4.2 SP5
