Configurable areas are not shown in WebUI.

Hi Experts,

When I click on show configurable areas in WebUI, screen is displayed as below screenshot.  Now when i click on the displayed screen, nothing is shown. (configurale areas are not shown in colors to click on when i move the mouse on screen and nothing is displayed even after clicking on screen). 

I am trying to create a zfield with AET feature.  Configurable mode is already enabled in WebUI and I have SAP_ALL profile assigned. 

Please assist me why the system is behaving so?  Awaiting for your help.

It could be a problem with your browser. If it is IE kindly go to your browser, tools-> check 'compatibility view'.

Hi Maddy,

This is strange.

Which Search object you are trying to enhance?

We can only enhance the business objects with AET registered in TC 'AXTREG'.

Please check your business object is present there or not.

The issue is not only for search object but also for every object, system behaves the same. 

Please notice the below screenshot.

Is it any authorization issue?  But I have sap_all assigned to my user id.  Please help me.

This should not be an authorization issue as you have SAP_ALL assigned to your ID.
