dashboard design query browser greyed out

Hi

I can open Dashboard Design but in Dashboard Design I can't open the Connections and Query Browser.

Please see screenshot below.

Kindly advice how to resolve this.

Seems like you have issues with the license.

please check the below SAP note:

1712128  - Query browser option disabled in Dashboard Design 4.0

Below is the content of the note:

Reproducing the Issue

1. Launch Dashboard Design.
2. Go to View-> Query Browser
3. This option is disabled.

  Cause  

SAP Crystal Dashboard Design, Personal Edition (also known as Xcelsius Engage) keycode is used which has limited features enabled.

Resolution

1. To get Query browser enabled within Dashboard Design, you need to change the keycode to SAP Crystal Dashboard Design, Departmental Edition (also known as Xcelsius Enterprise 2008).
2. For temporary keycode you can download temporary License Keys for SAP BusinessObjects Products from the SAP Support Portal.
