Dear Forum,
We are experiencing very strange behaviour of the system in the case of sales order triggering a stock trsp order from another plant. Here's the whole process:
The strange thing happens when the DC reports GR for the stock trsp delivery. The first schedule line (being received to the DC) stays unchanged (no pbm here), but the later schedule lines (which are not yet delivered from the factory) disappear!
What is even more strange is that if you do a small change in the delivery schedule in the PO, all schedule lines in the SO are restored again, alined to the delivery schedule of the PO.
But this is unreasonable - one shouldn't remember to go back to the PO and "play around" with the quantities every time the delivery is received in the DC!
Any ideas please? How can this pbm be eliminated?
TIA
Raf

Thank you, all.
Indeed, there was a user exit that made the trick. A user exit was my first guess too, but the programmer traced the pgm and told me that the adjustment of the delivery schedule happens in the standard code.
So we changed the process (creating MTO requisitions by MRP rather than directly from the SO). However, the same programmer has now found the user exit that adjusts the schedule lines in another scenario (BOP) and I believe it is the same UE that also reshuffled our schedule lines upon GR...
I am closing the thread.

like a ghost . as per my understanding there must be some enhancement triggering at the time of GR and scheduling process. Have a technical person and check what are the enhancements implemented in this entire process. if require, ask him to debug as well.
