Hi experts,
I'm using user exit M06E0005 to determine agent for PO release worklflow. I assigned a user ID A as PO approver in this user exit.
After create PO, in ME23N, I can see the user ID A has been displayed in 'Processor' field in PO header, 'Release strategy' tab.
But in A's business workplace, there is not request for approval work item. And I checked the workflow in SWI6, it said for that task 'No agent selected'.
When I used agent determinaton by organization unit, everything was OK.
Please suggest.

After changed the task classification to 'General', the issue resolved.

Is it possible to retrieve the item level of the PO?
The parameter I_EKKO is providing the current PO header information.
But in our case, the agent is determined by the cost center stored at the item level.
How can we retrieve the cost center stored at the item level from this user-exit?

Where in SWI6 do you see "No agents selected"? Is that exact text which is shown?
You should check in the workflow log what happened. It could be that a Position was chosen that did not have any current users.
