Is there a Bapi or FM to create a Maintenance revisions? (Tcode - oiob)

Try function module REVISION_SAVE

Thanks. I found it as well. But is there some other FM that does not directly append or modify in the table ?

At some point they'll all update the table..

Usually the QA doesnt approved FM which hasnt been released by SAP. And they dont like when the FM do direct manipulation on table. But anyway i will try to present the solution and see what happen.
