Purchase Order-Rows-Price Currency (line1)-Field cannot be updated

Hello to all!

i am trying to modify a partially delivered PO and while clicking the update button the error message

Purchase Order-Rows-Price Currency (line1)-Field cannot be updated

is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

this message is displayed while trying to update any field in the PO (quantity,description, etc)

do you have any idea about this issue?

Hi Vasileios Fasolis,

Screen shot shows that Line no 7 & 8 is already closed. i.e, GRPO is created against both line items of PO (with respective qty of PO qty)

as i mentioned at the beginning, the PO is partially delivered.

i am trying to delete the line 11 (it is not displayed properly) and the message is displayed as described above.

of course there are some GRPOs.

after partial GRPO, you can only increase quantity while updation and not decrease.

can you check that POs posting period? once posting period is closed, you cant change it.

Hello,

What is your PO qty and received Qty.  Are you trying to reduce qty. below the received qty.  Pls give more details or screen shot.

while trying to change the quantity from 12 to 13 the error is displayed

the same error is displayed while trying to remove the 50975 item from the PO(by selecting Close Row or Delete Row)

Hi,

After partial receiving of PO, you can edit only quantity field.

Please advice me which field are you trying modify.

i just tried with the quantity field and the error is the same.

you can have a look if you dont matter
