Which tables does DataSource 0cust_sales_attr extract data?

Hi experts:

   I recently extract data from DataSource 0cust_sales_attr via RSA3, I get 721 records.

   but, when I see the content of table KNVV via SE11, I only get 171 records.

   so, my question is why they are not equal? Does 0cust_sales_attr extract data from other tables?

Hi Yunan,

The datasource is based on the table of KNVV, that's correct,

and there shouldn't be any descepancy between the RSA3 and SE11 entries.

1. Please make sure you compare 2 records in the same system;

2. Please make sure you give the unlimited value in the SE11 screen, i mean you should give a high value in the field of Maximum No. of Hits, such as 999999, or remove the limitation by removing the value in this filed,

Hi Yunan,

DataSource 0cust_sales_attr will fetch data from KNVV, you are correct.

You check the code of that data source using RSA2 t-code. Data sources will be designed with many fields from several sources. Since it is master data, there is code written from KNA1, KNB1, KNVV, KNVK etc. So you may expect the difference in the count.

If you display the data and compare you will find the difference (you may do excel check since the count is very less).
