why one serial number show two status EDEL & ESTO

please tel me why system it behave,

in  IQ03 tranction one serial number showing two status EDEL, ESTO

we are doing Plant to plant stock transfor through delivery here the PO is complated indecator asiigned but why system show the status EDEL & ESTO

Please check if you have a delivery note with this equipment number assigend to it.

Added:

System status EDEL is added when the object is assigned to a delivery note.

Check system statuses in transaction BS22.

Hi,

I want why its happned in this PO rise 10 qty total quanty GR compleated but wehen i see the serial number status IQ03 7 serial numbers showing ESTO, 3 EDEL & ESTO

Note :-

This serial number is showing in another plant(with out STO Plants)

i think the stock is retern from customer (Is it posible custamer retern stock is behave like this)  why behave like ?

Did you do as I suggested and search for deliveries which have this serial number assigned to it?

Check the customer returns you suspect and correct it if needed.

The purpose of system status EDEL has already been explained. Now you need find the problem deliveries.
