Can I go with the CRMUIF ?? .

I have Pasted the information of Support Package Maintenance, that is available in EWA Report.

Hi,

Logically your Status bar should show that.

Login to gui. --> system -> Status

and then you should see the crm version in your Component version.

SAP CRM ABAP 6.0

You should go with

BBPCRM

600

Thanks

Hi Rishi,

Thanks for the Reply.., then I can go a head with the downloading and installing SAP CRM 5.0 SR3 right ???

Sorry, I didnot give exact information, actually it is a new project and and the customer has given us only EWA report of CRM system and nothing more than that and we have to proceed and I dont have direct contact with the customer for further information. So I had a confusion that whether we have to go with BBPCRM or SAP_BASIS or CRM_UFI for CRM system.

Any way Thanks for Info..

Thanks and Regards

Hi,

I would suggest you to use solution manager to use for the above sp download using MOPZ.

As solution manager will calculate all the dependency.

Thanks

Hi Rishi,

As I said in the earlier post that this is a new project (mean new customer) we are installing all the systems in fresh (simultaneously). So I cannot check in Mopz

http://scn.sap.com/thread/3145724

But the above link is specifying a diff thing i.e, in that it has mentioned that we have to check WEBCUIF to know the version of CRM, can you please have a look.

Thanks and Regards

Hi,

If you go to service market place you will find that the crm patch shows which version you are .

In fact that the Webgui and BPCRM are at same version in all the installation.

As you said that you dont have MOPZ you can go to the below link and check the SP needed.

Thanks
