Hi Experts,
Based on some configuration, our functional guys added TAX AMOUNT in the PR05 transaction. Please find the below 4steps how they added the TAX AMOUNT in PR05 transaction.
1.Activate the VAT refunds function for your trip provision variant in Customizing for Travel Expenses under Master Data Control Parameters for Travel Expenses Define Global Settings
In the Input Tax per Travel Expense Types group box, select the VAT Refund for Trip Provision Variant checkbox.
2.Define how the system processes the VAT amount per trip country in Customizing for Travel Expenses under Master Data Advanced Treatment of Value-Added Tax Define Processing of VAT Amount in Receipts per Country .
In the VAT Posting field, select 2 Submit; Post the Amount Entered.
3.Make the VAT-relevant data visible and editable per trip country in Customizing for Travel Expenses under Master Data Advanced Treatment of Value-Added Tax Country-Dependent Field Control for VAT Details .
4.The employees enter the travel costs on the Receipts tab page in Travel Expense Manager and the VAT amount for receipts.
The system takes into account the VAT amount you manually entered when posting the travel costs.
The problem is, we are using the ESS for the same for the user of end users.
The same TAX AMOUNT field is not visible in the ESS screen.
Can anyone please help me in doing any changes.
Awiting for your valiable answers with hight priority.
Thanks in advance,
krishna
