Hi,

If RFC working fine and current status is running, then check your profile having enough access or not

User Profile should have the following authorizations in SAP.

• S_BTCH_JOB

• S_DEVELOP

• S_RFC

• S_TABU_DIS

• S_TCODE

Hi Suggest.

1. Refresh RFC connections in Data store, Management console and if possible restart the BODS application and try.

2. Contact Basis team whether they have properly upload function modules during BODS and ECC integration(like co file and data files)

Could you please let me know, is this problem only happening with single extractors or to all ?

Hi June,

Please configure your RFC in management console under SAP Connection-->RFC Server interface configuration ---> add your RFC progam id and ECC server details.

Then in RFC Server interface make sure your RFC is running.

Hope it will help

Thanks

Hi June,

Could you please check RFC is working in SAP GUI (TCode : /nSM59) and in BODS management Console RFC Status?

Share the BODS & BOE/BOIPS version details.

Thanks,

Daya
