Hi All,
I am exporting a search result to excel from the account search page,but i am getting a timeout error when the maximum hit count is above 40k.
When i decrease the maximum hit count to 30k,it is working fine with huge delay (almost 10 mins).
Is there any restrictions on the file size we are exporting or any steps to improve this file size?
FYI: I am using CRM 7.0 EHP2

Raising an OSS message is fine,may i know changing parameter 'icm/server_port_<XX>' makes any sense with this issue?

Here is the SAP response after raising an OSS message:
The export to XLS functionality was designed and meant for typical use
cases of exporting adequately small amounts of data in result list,
which in the majority of use cases is around tens or hundreds of result
lines. The typical use cases where this XLS export is offered is not the export of mass-data,
but the exploration and review of data via e.g.searching, sorting or filtering of information.
This is also documented in Note 1553152.

Basically we need to change value of Parameter 'rdisp/max_wprun_time' in TC 'RZ11'.
