naming rules of RECORDID in the comment table

Hi all

I would like to know the namig rules of a certain field in the comment table, "RECORDID".

It's with a description of "BPC: Unique ID (CHAR 22)".

It seems it is some sort of auto generated id, created when recording a new comment data in the comment table:/1CPMB/xxyyyCMT.

(i.e. 051MgG2j7jECa{8rC1ErzG, 051MgG2j7jECbLyNNo4rzG, etc)

But I can't understand what kind of rules is applied to the name of above field.

I would like to know anything about the naming rules.

Hey, I know its been a while.

But I've found this post Write Comments Using BADI | SCN.

In the last reply by Arun Kumar, he said to use the method cl_uj_services=>generate_guid( IMPORTING e_uni_idc = Dataobject ).

I hope it can help others who find this page in the future
