We are implementing ESS/MSS on EP 7.3 with ECC 6.0 HR Renewal 1.0 FP4. I had the following questions regarding UWL :
1) When Managers delegate to Substitutes , the standard is that they can delegate to any user on Portal, but by using the BADI WF_SUBSTITUTE or People Picker we can restrict the users whom can be delegated. But can we restrict based on the type of the workitems like let delegation happen to any user for Time related items and restrict Delegation based on Organizational Structure for Travel related items.
2) Is there a way with which we can show Completed tasks of the Manager in the UWL like the ones which have been Approved/Rejected by configuring 'Completed' Workitems in UWL which when selected in UWL Dropdown(called Show) would let Approvers view Completed (Approved/Rejected) workitems where they can also select New or 'In Progress' Tasks in the Dropdown. Or this can be achieved through the Report RSWNUWLSEL?
