IDOC_AAE receiver channel error in PI 7.3

Hi

We are trying to configure the receiver communication channel for the IDOC_AAE adapter in the default mode in PI 7.31

But we are facing the following error while pinging the channel

Connection factory availability test :Connection factory xi/idoc/CF_/BusinessSystem_Name/Channel_Name is not available.

Channel record integrity test :Channel record was not updated appropriately.

Further Error logs in the logviewer in the NWA are the following

Error while getting connection factory name from JNDI due to Object not found in lookup of CFLookupPrefix225891256253397d92331ee6cd26dfaf.

IDoc: Connection factory name for channel is null

Getting connection factory failed due to IDoc: Connection factory name for channel is null

com.sap.aii.af.idoc.exception.IDOCAdapterException: IDoc: Connection factory name for channel is null .

Please advise on this issue .

Hi,

Please do as said by Sreenivas Veldanda.

You may choose a better option of creating your own system specific OutboundRA-JCA Resource Adapter. This way you can have connection to multple ECC systems. You can follow the below provided document and configure the JCA Resource

Hi,

Can u please check if ur ouboundRA is in green status in NWA.  

this connection factory always inherits the values of OutboudRA.. if OutboundRA already exits then we dont need to create this one.

please check the destinationName value.
