Attendance Overview Shows wrong values

The Service "Attendance Overview" is behaving strangely not sure either my understanding is wrong or the App ?

Case:

I have booked an attendance in Infotype-2002 (Subtype: Business Trip) in R/3 for below employee.

And it shows in Absentees list for his manager.

Could Someone through light on above issue ?

Check Config. If you  have defined Business Trip under Absences instead of Attendence.

Yes I did it again I have deleted the business trip from the table: V_T554S_WEB, Still the problem exists.

Is the same thing happening from backend also when you try to book an Attendence? I mean if you create on record frpom Pa30 for IT 2002 and ST as Bus Trip. IS it showing in 2001 or 2002?

Hi Tapas,

As described in my question this happens when I have booked an attendance from R/3 (PA30) in infotype-2002 in a subtype call (Business trip). it shows in 2002 (Attendances).

But in portal it shows under Absent.
