Hi,

We have copied a standard approve task as a custom task and have maintained necessary visualization parameters in SWFVISU

APPLICATION - ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE_OVP

CONFIGURATION - ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE_OVP_CFG

DYNPARAM - WI_ID=${item.externalId}&sap-wd-configId=ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE_OVP_CFG

NAMESPACE - SAP

SYSTEM_ALIAS - SAP_ECC_HumanResources

Re-registered the UWL system in the portal

However, when I try to open the UWL work item it opens up a blank page with no errors displayed.

Is there any other parameter that needs to be maintained?

Does case (uppercase or lowercase) matters?

Take out CONFIGURATION parameters.

On my system these are the values maintained.

APPLICATION	ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE_OVP
DYNPARAM	WI_ID=${item.externalId}&sap-wd-configId=ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE_OVP_CFG
NAMESPACE	SAP
SYSTEM_ALIAS	SAP_ECC_HumanResources

Besides check if you able to open the work item directly in transaction hrasr_test_process.

Hi,

I tried passing process reference number and work item ID from HRASR_TEST_PROCESS and it works properly. However, it's still a blank screen when executed from UWL. I have also removed CONFIGURATION parameter as suggested but with no luck.

Did you re-register system alias in UWL administrator iView and clear the cache.

Also check UWL xml file if it has the correct settings.

Hi Sahir,

The problem got resolved after maintaining WDCONFIGURATIONID=ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE_OVP_CFG under DYNPARAM. This was nowhere mentioned in standard SAP documents.

Please try to re-register the system in case you have not done that after chagne the DYNPARAM parameter.
