Please check the number range configuration in SNRO.. it happens in case you use buffer sometimes.

Hi ,

Thank you so much .

I already check in SNRO but field"Number ranges not buffered" is disable. But customer number is still in range of SNRO.

Do you know the report to show customer interrupt or error ?

Thanks .

Thank you so much all.

Currently It's in the range but it's jump about 100 number .

Example :  Range 5000000000 -->5999999999

Customer number : 5000000001, 5000000101

I don't know why system jump  100 number . It should be 5000000002.

Currently system disable field name Number range not buffered in SNRO transaction

Please help me where I face the customer number jump.

Thanks alot.

Those are standard SAP transactions with default number range, so you should check OSS notes/KBA like 1817764  - Number range skip in Customer / Vendor Master Data. If that don't solve the problem, raise an OSS message.
