CTS PI 731 Error tp

Hi Experts,

I configured CTS for  PI DEV - PRD but doing my test I found an error.

I am following this blog to do my configuration:

Also Note 1497388 - CTS+ deploy test: Incorrect return code 8 , Does not work because our PI has high SP Level.

User J2EE_ADMIN is not locked and RFC CTSDEPLOY works fine.

Any clue?

Hi,

Issue is solved.

As PID and PIP have different transport group and different transport

directories (DIR_TRANS), parameter DEPLOY_DATA_SHARE (Find this in tx STMS --> Systems) should point to the place where the PIP will share for the files.

Changed setting it to \\(PIP_HOSTNAME)\sapmnt\trans\data.
