Unable to find TUPEL attribute in ppoma_crm

Hello All,

We are implementing SAP CRM 7.0 Version enhancement pack 2.0, in ppoma_crm we are not able to see the attributes like TUPEL or division or distribution channel, please advice.

I am pasting screen shots of my ppoma_crm

The relevant Sales Org under the function tab is checked

The objects permitted under determination are also checked for my sales scenario

When I scroll below to check my attributes I am unable to find the attributes Tupel,Distribution channel and Division.kindly advice.

Hi Atul,

Are you using enhancement method or stranded method. if you are using stand method organisation stricture you will not find the distribution or division tab over there only one division and distribution Chanel you can see.

Hi Atul,

1. you need to activate 'CRMC_ORGMAN_SWITCH_TO_ENH_MODEL'

2. create division and distribution Chanel manually in SAP CRM system,

3. replicate org structure from ecc to crm

you will get the division and distribution Chanel on every org unit

As per the above message I have already mentioned that my org structure is an enhanced version.

Distribution Channel and Division are created manually in SAP CRM as well

Post that the org structure has been replicated from SAP SD to SAP CRM.

Hi Atul,

do the  Copy SAP ECC Sales Structure

go to sm30 - and call up view- Call up view T77OMATTR selct the buffering field for each senario

select the sales> attributes/scenarios  check the division and distribution channel

execute the program--HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE

Thanks for the prompt reply, appreciate the same, I have the following issues

I have gone in sm30 tcode for table T77OMATTR,

1) Under the  Sales Attribute, I can see the attribute Chan_div and also the Division, however the invisible check is greyed out how do I remove the same.

2) The attribute tupel which is chan_div is not present how do I add the same.

it seems ok. no need to do any thing over here now

Check if you have generated ECC org structure without errors through CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE

Run the report CRM_MKTBP_ZCACL_UPDATE_30 in SA38

also check your org stricture-   division and distribution channel will come under function tab.

I am not understanding about  tupel?

1) The report CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE was run without error's

2) Also check your org stricture-   division and distribution channel will come under function tab- All my distribution channels and divisions have come under the function tab.

3) Run the report CRM_MKTBP_ZCACL_UPDATE_30 in SA38- Could you please throw light on this report, since we have not run this report, will the issue get resolved after running the report?

This report enables you to maintain marketing attributes for the business partner- sales org unit

I am not understanding about  tupel?

Hi Kamlendra,

TUPEL is an attribute which is a combination of Distribution Channel and Division.

I don't thik combination of distribution channel and division will be there on org structure, you have to maintain in img activity under organization

Hi Atul, would you please try with tcode: OOATTRCUST and check multiple values for the object CHAN_DIV and unmark the invisible checkbox for this attribute in different scenarios.  Let us try, I am not sure..

Thanks for the reply appreciate the same,I went to the sales attribute scenario for the attribute chan_div

1)Where can I mark the same as multiple values please advice?

2) Second for unmaking  the invisible check box the same is in greyed out mode

Dear Atul,

1. That check box is available in attributes in dialog structure however this setting does not impact on attribute grayed out in scenarios.

2.  I am unable to understand why it is grayed out.  Sorry Atul.

Please check whether division is set to active in CRM or not.

How did you handle the grayed out attributes to turn into editable? 

These attributes are grayed out, please tell me how to turn them into editable..

Hi Maddy,

I am closing this thread as I had raised an SAP OSS Message to resolve the same please find the explanation below given by SAP

I am confirmed that Division, Distribute Channel and CHAN_DIV are set to not modifiable and therefore you cannot uncheck invisible flag to have them available in assignment block Attribute.

Division and Distribute Channel are maintained under Function tab on GUI and they are read and determined from org data profile
