hi John,

if you're using the crystal reports designer (e.g. 2008, 2011, cr9..) you can just right click on the number and then choose Format Data Label and the options for Font Size and orientation (Rotation) are on the first tab.

if you're seeing some weird behaviour, then try doing the above in Design mode instead of Preview.

cheers,

you should be outside of the chart expert and options. if you right click on any label or number etc. on a chart then you should get something like this...

Jamie, don't worry. I see it now. I have to actually right click on the number it self.   Thanks John

Jamie, thanks for helping with the above issue.

If i need a new thread for this let me know.

How do i align the Title/SubTitle in a chart ?

This is in design mode :-

This is in Preview mode :-

I'd like both objects to be same height and alignment.  Thanks John

hi John,

in the future a new discussion would be best.

however, for this one the answer is that if you want to align parts built by the charting engine, you have to get out a see through ruler to align them.

or...exit the chart engine and create a formula for the titles if they are dynamic based on records or text objects if they are static titles. these objects can be aligned properly.
