How to mass delete Equipment & General Tasklist?

Hi Mohan,

As suggested above you can go with archiving methods, and as per setting the deletion flag for multiple equipments, you can use Tcode IE05 and then goto --> Functions --> Deletion flag --> set.

For TL the above mentioned Tcodes can be used.

Mass delete equipments:

Go to report IH08

Select the equipments for marking Deletion through the appropriate input criteria.

Run the report.

Select all the required equipments.

In the menu -> GoTo -> Functions -> Deletion Flag -> Set.

The equipments are deletion flagged.

Delete Task Lists

IA24 - With Archiving

IA25 - Without Archiving

Inform if you have any doubts.

I dont need for equipment master.

I need only for tasklist(General & Equipment).

I have tried IA24 & IA25, but its not deleting.

Please tell me the full procedure step by step.
