Date format issue in Webi

Hi All,

We are facing an issue while exporting data from BO Webi 4.0 to excel file.

Problem Description:

We are facing a date format issue in WebI. We have date time object in oracle database with date and time stamp. In oracle and Universe query panel we can get the date with time stamp.

While refreshing and displaying the result in WebI date field shows only date part of the value.  If I try to apply format using cell format option or formula the value becomes string and its type become Text or custom in excel (Please find below screen). As the exported excel file need to use as a feed for another application which can accept only date data type the excel result should retain the same data type.  Please help here to get a solution for this issue.

You can avoid this issue by changing the Date object in the Universe.

Change the format of the date in the Universe Designer and export it back. Later you can check it in Webi
