Allowing GIT stock while creating Sales order.

Dear Experts,

I have done the configuration in OVZ9 for Availability check = 02 and Checking Rule = A and ticked stock in transfer check box.

When I am creating a sales order , it is not considering the transit stock.

Is there any other check , which is been missed? Please help.

Hello Deepa Balu,

The flag in OVZ9 is only for IM (Inventory Management) movements not for STO (I guess you are using 2-steps stock transfer orders).

In such case, I think you should try to use "Confirmations", check the item level confirmation tab of the STO. You can create the confirmations manually or with inbound deliveries (or idocs). Please check your settings in SPRO --> MM --> Purchasing --> Confirmations --> Set up Confirmation Control.

The question is, how do you post the stock into "stock in transit"?

OK, but how is the "stock in transit" posted into "stock in transit"?

Is being posted with a 313 movement type? Or with a 643?...
