Batch split subitems for the same batch in the Delivery after TO item confirmation

Hi Experts,

We recently upgraded from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0, we have packing functionality with HU management. The process is we create Delivery and create Transfer order (TO) for delivery. The transfer order (TO) will have different line items (different storage units) for the same batch. For example, Transfer order for Qty 30 has 3 line items: Qty 18 for storage unit 123, Qty 10 for storage unit 345 and Qty 2 for storage unit 456. These 3 items are for the same batch.

In ECC 5.0, when we confirm TO line item (after packing) by using transaction LT11, it will update the delivery with batch split item 900001 and Qty 18. Again when we confirm the 2nd line item in the TO, it used update the same batch split 900001 and the Qty is added to 28 (18 +10), again when we confirm 3rd item in the TO, the delivery used to update with Qty 30 (18 + 10 + 2). So basically there is only on batch split 900001 with Qty 30 (Batch number is same) and 3 handling units/ storage units.

But in ECC 6.0 after upgrade, in the above scenario it is creating three batch splits (900001  for Qty 18, 900002 for Qty 10, 900003 for Qty 2). It is for the same batch but duplicate batch split items. We don't want duplicate batch split items for the same batch. It used work fine in ECC 5.0.

I have similar problem but have not been able to fix.

Were you able to solve batch split issue in ECC 6.0? Would you please share the solution.
