Possible to export out into excel format on the PID from MI31 and MI01?

Hello,

May I know if there is a way to make the physical inventory document printout generated from MI31 and MI01 into an Excel format document, instead of the standard SAP printout format?

It will be extremely helpful if the PID can be printout (or at least save into Excel format) so that the business user can perform adjustment on the PID.

The output is not an ALV list, it is a SAP Script form. You should create an own ABAP for your needs, I guess even a quick view should work to do it. It is not a big deal, just the main tables IKPF and ISEG plus the material description from MAKT

As per Mr. Jurgen, You have to go for a development.

Write a FS and sharw your thinking with a ABAP consultant.

He will make a Z report for that

Table IKPF (PI header), ISEG(PI item) and MAKT(material description), for special stock O , table LFA1(Vendor Name).
