CRM 7.0 Ehp2 Web UI: Pop up getting blocked in Mozilla 10.0

Hi all,

     We are implementing CRM 7.0 Ehp2 and our client is using Mozilla firefox 10.0 to login to web ui. We are facing one issue with pop-ups. Pop-ups are getting blocked even if we unselect the blocking option in browser settings. Pop-ups are showing up for 1st few times and after that they are getting blocked and not showing up even if we add link in exceptions. The only option left is to close the browser and start a new browser session.

Please help if you have any idea what could be the reason for this, and how can we resolve it. Its working fine in IE, issue only with Mozilla.

Hi Asif,

I don't think it has to do anything with the CRM system.It should be a problem with Mozilla.

Yup, you are right. What could be the reason for this issue in Mozilla 10.0? and how can we resolve it in Mozilla? Please share if you have worked on similar issue anytime or have any thoughts or ideas about this.
