Hello
this is happening due to number range conflict.
Please check in below SPRO path.
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Processing -> Maintenance and Service Notifications -> Notifications Creation-> Notifications Types-> Define Number Ranges
Go in table QMEL table take last entry of your Notification number and update that in current number in above configuration.

Check transaction code IW20, whether Number ranges exits or not
If not create, and assign them to the Notification types in the configuration
SPRO---.>PLANT MAINTENANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE-->MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE PROCESSING-->MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE NOTIFICATION-->NOTIFICATION CREATION-->NOTIFICATION TYPES-->DEFINE NOTIFICATION TYPES
