Component change details report

     Dear All,

Can I get any report to display all the Component that's changed in various BOM in certain period range. Or

The difference in the MRP runs current and last one, incase of Component change happened in BOM for addition deletion or quantity change.

Hi,

Try table CDPOS with OBJECTCLAS = STUE, TABNAME = STPO.

You can get the change header data in CDHDR.

The previous MRP run list will not be available, since system stores only the results of the last MRP run in MD05 unless you have maintained 'transparent MRP' in OPPQ.

We are using the ECM to save the changes in BOM to capture. Also, as you said, if I maintained the 'Transparent MRP' indicator in OPPQ txn, How I can capture the Components that's have difference b/w MRP list which is because of BOM change.

Hi,

The transparent MRP indicator is not recommended to be set due to performance issues. Setting it makes the MRP list stored in MDTB table. In that way you can compare between MRP lists.

Since you have ECM active, kindly check if CC07 or the standard reports mentioned below can be helpful:

Also, try SQVI with STPO table twice (by having Alias Table functionality, say have an alias table name is STPO1) and try to use fields STPO-VGKNT and STPO-VGPZL to STPO1-STLKN and STPO1-STPOZ. Check whether this works.
