Person Responsible in PM Notification.

Dear All,

I have a requirement that my clients wants to enter their employee id in person responsible field in Notification. Were to add this is it linked with any other module.

And other thing is i have to make that field mandatory for some notification types. How can achieve this.

Check the option of Partner Function & Partner Determination Procedure.

Create 2 Partner Determination Procedure i.e., one with Person Responsible as mandatory & another one with normal input.

Assign the Partner Determination Procedure to notification types.

Hi

You can very well add the Person responsible field under responsibilites in notification. for this you need to create the HR master record and you need to specify the person responsible in partner determination procedure for notification type under "Assign Partner Determination Procedure to Notification Type"

For making mandatory you can specify as mandatory while determining the partner determination procudure, but it will affect all the notification assinging to it. for your requirement you can create new partner determination procedure and assign the same
