Issue of Permit Without preparing the Permit in WCM.

Dear All,

I have an issue in WCM. My issuing levels is 3 ( MNT,SAFETY,Operations).

1. First MNT will create the permit and they prepare the permit and issue the first level of Issuing.
2. And after his approval safety will check the permit they will issue the second level of issuing.

But , here the issue is if safety wants to add any code groups to the permit system is not allowing to that because the permit is prepared.

How can i address  this.

My client requirement without preparing the permit maintenance can Issue the first level issuing.

Hi Bhanu,

Here the safety people need to reset as prepare again then they need to add the safety catalogs if they require more. Once they add again they need to set as prepared and give the approval.

Without preparing they cannot issue the permit.

The main functionality of approving the safety is know whether the area which they are going to work is any dangerous area and they are following the safety precautions or not.

Once the safety approval is done then the operations will give the final approval and starts doing work.
